12:30P Brown Bag Lecture - Anxiety SU Room 204 Presenter - Cindy Perryman, Kaiser This talk will be a condensed version of the 6-week course KP offers. Cindy Perryman, MFT, a KP Health Education Instructor, will be discussing how to manage the mental and physical symptoms of anxiety. She will also discuss techniques to relax, reduce your response to triggers, and think and act assertively.
